As the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve, the health, safety and well-being of our staff and customers remains our highest priority. We are actively monitoring and taking advice from NSW Health and ACAPMA (Australian Convenience and Petroleum Marketers Association) in order to slow the spread of the virus.

The following measures have been taken by all Ultra Petroleum sites:

• Pump nozzles and stations are being sanitised and cleaned on the hour, every hour
• Washing facilities for customers & staff are being cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout the day at increased frequencies
• Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in-store
• Our team members are following social distancing guidelines and wearing gloves when handling cash, making coffee or preparing food

We are regularly communicating with our staff on how best to protect customers and themselves as we manoeuvre through these unprecedented times.

Lastly, we have put plans in place to ensure we can continue to reliably supply fuel and deliver every day needs to our customers.
